By accessing or using Deepwoken Builder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Deepwoken Builder is a free, unofficial build planning tool for the game Deepwoken. It allows players to plan character builds by allocating stats, selecting talents and mantras, configuring weapons and equipment, and sharing builds via a unique link. The Service is provided free of charge and without any guarantee of uptime or continuity.

Deepwoken Builder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Monad Studios or Roblox Corporation. "Deepwoken" and all related game content are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

3. Intellectual Property

The underlying code, design, and original content of Deepwoken Builder are owned by its creators. Game data (talent names, stat formulas, weapon statistics, etc.) is derived from publicly available community sources (e.g., the Deepwoken Wiki) and is used under fair use principles for non-commercial, informational purposes.

You retain ownership of any build configurations you create. By sharing a build via the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and serve that build configuration to anyone with the link.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit malicious code, spam, or content that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our servers.
• Share build content that is abusive, harassing, or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any shared build or restrict access to the Service at our discretion.

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Game data (stat formulas, talent requirements, weapon values, etc.) is sourced from community wikis and player research. It may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, especially following game patches. Deepwoken Builder makes no warranty that the data reflects the current state of the game. Always verify critical build information in-game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEEPWOKEN BUILDER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA OR RELIANCE ON INACCURATE BUILD INFORMATION.

8. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith discussion before any formal proceedings.
