Privacy Policy

1. About This Tool

Deepwoken Builder is an unofficial, fan-made build planning tool for the game Deepwoken. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Monad Studios or Roblox Corporation. All game data (talent names, stat values, weapon data, etc.) is derived from publicly available community sources and is used for non-commercial, informational purposes.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

• Shared builds — When you click "Copy Link", the build configuration you have created (stats, talents, mantras, equipment choices, build name, description, and tags) is stored in our database and assigned a short unique ID. This data is stored so the link remains accessible to anyone you share it with.
• Anonymous usage data — We may collect aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (page views, feature usage) through our hosting provider. No personally identifiable information is attached to this data.

We do not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information through the builder itself.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To serve the shared build at its unique URL when visited.
• To display the build name, description, tags, and configuration to anyone with the link.
• To improve the performance and reliability of the service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your build data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Shared build records may be retained indefinitely to keep links functional. We reserve the right to delete old or unused builds at our discretion to manage database size. There is currently no self-service deletion mechanism; if you need a specific build removed, contact us (see Section 8).

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Deepwoken Builder does not use tracking cookies. Your current build state is stored only in your browser's in-memory state (via Zustand) and is not persisted to local storage or cookies. Refreshing the page resets your build unless you have a shared link.

6. Third-Party Services

This site is deployed on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare may process request metadata (such as anonymized IP addresses) to provide DDoS protection and content delivery. Cloudflare's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
